Membership

Any person 18 years or older who either:

  • Owns a legally registered BMW motorcycle, or

  • Is married to a BMW owner,

and who attends two officially announced General Member Meetings within a six-month period, or attends one of our major events such as the 49er Rally or Range of Light Gypsy Tour, is eligible to become a member of BMW NorCal.

Prospective members may apply during one of these qualifying events by expressing their interest.

Membership Renewal

Memberships must be renewed prior to the June Annual Election Meeting to remain in good standing and to be eligible to vote.

  • If not renewed by the June Meeting, the membership becomes delinquent.

  • Delinquent members may reinstate their membership by paying their dues before the September General Member Meeting.(Until dues are paid, all member rights & benefits are suspended.)

  • Failure to reinstate by the September Meeting results in termination of membership, and the individual must reapply as a new member.
